4.2.18 Project Leader

Description

The »Project Leader assumes the operational management of the project. He plans, coordinates, monitors and controls the project sequence, the project team and the project as a whole. Thus, he is tasked with montoring the project results of the other stakeholders and requesting corrective actions from the respective product managers if required.
